Shipping Policy


Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order received. Tracking information is sent via email once available — usually by the end of the business day.

Order statuses include:

  • Pending: Order received but not yet processed.

  • Processing: Order is being prepared or awaiting stock.

  • Shipped: Tracking number has been issued.

  • Backordered: You’ll be notified if an item is unavailable.

  • Cancelled: Order was cancelled due to fraud, discontinuation, or customer request.

Please allow time for tracking links to activate. Most shipments do not require a signature, but delivery protocols vary by carrier.


Shipping Discrepancies & Damage Claims

Discrepancies:

Notify us of any errors (wrong item, color, quantity, etc.) within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to offer corrections after this period.

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact the carrier (e.g., UPS or FedEx) within 48 hours to file a damage claim. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping company.

Lost Shipments:

If a carrier confirms your package is lost, we’ll send a replacement. We are not responsible for lost packages unless the carrier verifies the claim.

Note: If you refuse a shipment for any reason, you will be charged round-trip shipping fees and any applicable storage fees.


Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

We aim to make things right if a mistake happens on our end. If your item arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, contact us immediately.

Returns for any other reason (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect order by customer) will be reviewed case by case. Items held longer than 30 days are not eligible for return.

If you open the wrong item knowingly — it’s yours. Please inspect before use.

Return Terms:

  • All returns must be authorized.

  • Cancellations may incur a 10–20% fee.

  • Returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on item type and size.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Special orders cannot be canceled or returned — no exceptions.
